The Rented Event FAQs

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of North Georgia, Metro Atlanta, and the surrounding areas, including neighboring states.

How do I get a quote and make a reservation?

Please complete our Contact Us form and we will send you a quote.

For all wedding and event design inquiries, please complete the form and then schedule an initial consultation with us.

How do I get a quote for draping and lighting?

To provide estimated pricing for Draping; including ceremony backdrops, head table backdrops, divider walls, tent draping, ceiling draping, etc. please include the size of the area, height of ceiling and venue name.

For example, a 30ft. divider wall that is 10 feet high. If you have a photo that you would like to duplicate, please send it to us and we can quote for your venue.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required and a credit card to have on file. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. If the event is less than 14 days away, the full amount is due when the contract is signed.

Is the 50% deposit refundable?

The deposit is nonrefundable or transferrable.

Can I make changes to my order without being penalized?

Of course! We recognize that guest counts are likely to fluctuate as the event date approaches. We encourage you to make a “best guess” estimate when placing your original reservation and make adjustments as you become aware, since the initial 50% deposit is nonrefundable. Final changes should be made a minimum of 14 business days prior to the delivery date. Deletions or cancellations will be charged at full price.

Do you offer customer pick up?

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept customer pick-up orders. With the exception of our professional account customers, all orders must meet a $250 minimum, plus applicable fees, taxes and delivery.

Yes. Customer pick-up is only available on certain items. All orders must meet a $500 minimum (not including a delivery fee).

What is the delivery charge?

Delivery fees start at $200. The fee varies and are based on distance from our warehouse and difficulty of delivery (multiple levels, elevator access, distance from truck parking to event location, etc.)

Does your delivery fee include set up?

No. Set up is an additional fee.

Is there a minimum rental fee for delivery?

The minimum rental fee for delivery is $500, before taxes and any additional fees.

Is there a fee for last-minute rentals?

No, as long as we are available and have the inventory you need, we will make it happen for you!

Is there a pre and/or after-hour Fee?

Yes. The pre and after-hour fee is $200 per hour. Our standard delivery hours are from 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm.

What happens if we damage a piece of rental equipment while it is in our possession?

You will be charged the replacement cost of the damaged or missing items.

Security of the rental equipment is your responsibility! Equipment must be protected from breakage, theft and weather-related damage while in your possession.

Do I get my money back if I do not use the rental items?

Unfortunately, no. Once our equipment leaves the warehouse, we are not able to rent the items to other customers. Therefore, once the items are in your possession, you must pay for them.

Can I make payment plans on my account for event rentals?

Your rentals must exceed $2,500 for the payment plan options

Design Questions

Will I get to view a sample mock up of my table design prior to my event?

Thirty days prior to your event, you will be able to view a sample table design included in your decor package via zoom or scheduled at the design studio.

When can I make final changes on my proposal?

You can make changes to your proposal 30 days prior to your event date.

Do you provide room flip services from Wedding to Ceremony?

Yes. There is a transitional fee of $500 -$1500 depending on the amount of tables, design, staffing and time to transform the space.

Do you work with Wedding Planners, and/or Coordinators?

Absolutely, we love working with all sorts of creatives in the industry.
