How many Chiavari chairs can I rent?
We have one of the largest inventories of Chiavari chairs in the Metro Atlanta area, allowing us to accommodate events of all sizes — from intimate gatherings to large weddings and high‑volume corporate functions. Whether you need 50 chairs, 250 chairs, or 500+ Chiavari chairs, based on availability, we can typically support your seating needs.
Do you offer chair setup/breakdown services?
Yes. Chair setup and breakdown is available for a fee.
Can you accommodate custom seating setups?
Absolutely. We can accommodate custom seating layouts, including curved rows, ceremony semicircles, aisle‑focused designs, VIP sections, and more. Special layouts should be requested in advance so our team can plan accordingly.
Are Chiavari chairs comfortable for long events?
Chiavari chairs are designed for comfort and durability. Each rental includes a padded cushion to ensure guests remain comfortable throughout the event.
Do you provide Chiavari barstools or specialty seating?
We currently offer Chiavari chairs for standard seating. Additional specialty seating options may be available through our lounge and event furniture collections.
Is delivery included in the rental price?
Delivery is required and billed separately. Delivery starts at $400 and is based on distance, time, volume of products, and the difficulty of delivery (including load in and load out details).
How far do you deliver Chiavari chairs?
We deliver throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas within a 75‑mile radius. All distances are calculated from Atlanta, GA 30350.
Is there a minimum order for Chiavari chair rentals?
Yes. Minimums may be met with chairs or combined with other rentals and design services. Minimums are based on delivery distance:
0–20 miles: $750 minimum
21–30 miles: $1,500 minimum
31–40 miles: $2,500 minimum
41–50 miles: $3,000 minimum
50+ miles (up to 75 miles): $5,000 minimum
Do Chiavari chairs work for outdoor events?
Yes — Chiavari chairs are suitable for indoor and outdoor events, including garden ceremonies, tented receptions, and estate weddings. We recommend ensuring the ground is level and dry for best stability.
How early should I reserve Chiavari chairs?
Chiavari chairs book quickly during peak event and wedding seasons. We recommend reserving 6–12 months in advance for weddings and as early as possible for large events.
Do you offer same‑day pickup or late‑night pickup?
Yes. After‑hours and late‑night pickups are available for an additional fee. These should be arranged in advance to ensure proper staffing.

We offer Chiavari chairs in Gold, Clear (Tiffany Ghost), Silver, Black, and Mahogany. These are the most popular event finishes and complement weddings, galas, corporate events, and luxury celebrations.
What is the rental rate for Chiavari chairs?
Each Chiavari chair rents for $7, with a rental minimum per order that is based on delivery distance.
Minimum may be met with chairs or combined with other rental items. When not met, a minimum rental order fee applies. Please note that delivery fees are separate from the rental minimum.
Do chair rentals include cushions?
Yes, all Chiavari chair rentals include complimentary cushions (no additional cost). Cushion colors are available by chair finish.
