📅 Booking & Reservation
Is a deposit required to reserve items?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance and final changes, including guest count, are due 14 days prior to your event.
When is my rental officially reserved?
Your rental is confirmed once your deposit payment is received. We offer a 24-hour courtesy hold on selected items after a proposal is sent, allowing time to review and confirm. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is made.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?
We recommend booking as soon as you know you will need rental items to ensure availability. Most clients booking for weddings and large-scale events at least 3 – 6 months early. For smaller scale rentals, we recommend booking 8 – 12 weeks in advance.
